Forming
Cylinder shells are formed and handled inside the plant itself, before moving on to machining. It is the first step of a cycle that closes entirely at the Santana de Parnaíba site: from forming the shell to the final test, without leaving the factory.
Machining
Cylinder bodies and components are machined at the Santana de Parnaíba plant, using equipment and processes for fire protection manufacturing.
Painting and finishing
Finishing is done in a dip tank, in the regulatory red required for fire fighting equipment. Valve assembly and testing follow, closing the cycle before the batch moves to dispatch.
Dispatch
Batches are packed and palletised in the factory dispatch area. Each capacity ships with its own certificate of conformity, issued by TÜV NORD Brasil under the Inmetro programme — from 4 kg to 50 kg, in the portable and wheeled lines.
